  1. Shown is the training plan I've followed to get ready for the Elite Tour. The plan was based on the realities of winter in Minnesota, balancing time with family and getting in the hills and distances I felt I needed to be ready for this event. The plan was put together in November and, amazingly, has worked out almost to a T. I projected 6,500 training miles between November and May 15, and will end up with 6,481.
