Welcome to my Blog!

Welcome to Rob's Elite Tour 2010 Blog.
The ride starts on Sunday, May 16th.
So far I've posted the training program I've put together and followed to get ready for the ride.
The graph posting shows the mileage/week since last November.
The table describes the overall structure of the training program and overall goals for each phase

Please feel free to comment at any time. This is my first blogging experience so hopefully my finesse with this tool will grow.

  4. Rob, Thanks for putting this together. I am excited to follow you on the trip. While I am not out riding as much as you, I too have embarked on a fitness regimen recently. I will use you as motivation.
    Have a great time!!

  6. I firmly believe that you can do this - you have the strength, the speed, and (most importantly) the "attitude" to accomplish this event. Best of luck and we'll all enjoy following your exploits.

  9. Great, inspiring, blog posts. I'm envious of your abilities.

I remember a Colorado Last Chance rider blogging the Kansas was like watching TV for 24 hours with the set unplugged. I hope the spring wheat fields are better than that this time of year. Pray for a west wind.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
